INTEGRATIVE

BREATHWORK SESSION

30

MINUTES

SEATED OR

LYING DOWN

BREATH
FOCUSED

An Integrative session is a great way to work breathing into any normal day.  All you need is 30 minutes to pause and reset and it can be done sitting up or laying down, in your office, at home, in your car.

You will be amazed what just a few moments of breathing can do to move things through you, settle your body, and promote the healing you are seeking.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In an Integrative Session we will focus mostly on guided breathing.  We will take the first few moments to discover what your needs are and what intention you are bringing to the session.  If you don't have a specific intention, don't worry!  I will be happy to work with you to find one.

After setting an intention we will go right into breathing.  Based on the needs you bring, I will select breathing patterns and guide you through them for approximately 7-10 minutes.

After we come out of the breathing, we will have some brief time to sit with what may have come up for you, be curious together, and answer any questions you may have.

HOW TO PREPARE

All breath work sessions are currently done remotely through video on your phone or computer.  When choosing where to have our session, try and find a place that will give you quiet and solitude and allow for space to set your screen up so that I can see your body while you are breathing.

It is also helpful to come to the session with an intention or something that you would like to focus on.

In addition, here are a few things that you can do to help bring your session comfort and support:

Empty Stomach or Very Light Food an Hour or Two Before

Blanket

Comfy Non-Restrictive Clothes

Eye Pillow

Any Props that Could Help You to Relax Deeper

Journal and Pen to Take Notes or Reflect After the Session

Crystals/Sacred Items

Essential Oils or Flower Spray

Anything else that you think would be supportive so that you can sit or lay down, be comfortable, and feel safe.
