A Good Grief Gathering

This circle is an invitation to a safe place to hold love and loss. Grief and love are from the same mother… we can’t have one without the other. Grief can shake us to our core… and boldly remind us how fragile life can be, and how precious parts of it are. And grief isn’t limited to a death of a loved one, it can anything that has been lost. A relationship… a place… a thing… dream… situation… a beloved pet. No Grief is too small. All grief is valid and worthy of being held. And grief is meant to have a communal safe connected space to be been seen, heard, and explored.

This Circle is a sacred place to create an offering to the death that lives in our hearts.

To honor with intention.

To breathe into the darkness and welcome the welling and sorrow. Letting it flow through the body.

To tap into into the love and pain of what once was touched and asked to be let go.

To use soul guidance to lean us into sweet gratitude and if desired an offering of release or allowance.

To embrace sound healing to help the energy alchemize with pure vibration.

This circle will include:

Time to connect and share your grief if desired

Creating a small alter/offering

A short flow of movement to ground and open

30 minutes of gentle breathwork

30 minutes of sound healing

Time to share after

An option to make an offering into fire with a burn ritual after

How to prepare:

If desired, please bring a few small special items to represent your grief to create an alter in honor of the loss you are feeling

We will provide:

Flowers

Paper and Pencil

Small Tea Light Candle and Matches

Rose water

Mats & Blankets

This gathering will be at FYB Studios in Troutville.
